Andrew Keyes
President
Andrew Keyes has dedicated his career to the art and science of effective communication. AndrewÕs diverse body of work has received international recognition including top honours for advertising and design. His approach to developing any project, whether it be an advertising campaign, a childrenÕs CD-ROM title, or an e-commerce web site is firmly rooted in a deep respect for the needs and the motivation of the target audience.
Andrew graduated from the Film and Photography program at Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in 1984 with a major in Instructional Design. Following graduation he spent 4 years working as an independent producer of informational and corporate multimedia. He has spent 20 years in the advertising agency world working on client accounts in the public and private sector.
In 1996 Andrew joined the internationally recognized interactive media firm Mackerel Inc. as Vice President, Digital Marketing. His first assignment was to lead the development of the Consumers Distributing online catalogue project Ð a project that was the first of its size and scope in Canadian retailing. Later that same year Andrew lead the development of numerous other international projects including Gateway to Diversity (a landmark Government of Ontario initiative that won the coveted 'Amethyst' award for outstanding public service), the re-design of CanadaTrust.com, and the online advertising launch of Canada TrustÕs EasyWeb.
In November of 1996 Andrew co-founded AIMS, the Association of Internet Marketing and Sales, to provide a forum for Canadian decision makers to learn, share and contribute to the understanding of best practices and emerging trends within the Internet marketing and sales field. Andrew has sat as a judge on the Design Exchange/Financial Post Design Effectiveness Awards, ÔStrategy Magazine Direct + InteractiveÕ Top 10 Interactive Campaign Awards, the 2002 Flash in the Can Awards, and served on the Industry Advisory Board of the Liberty Village New Media Centre.
Peter Mosley

A Netizen since the mid-eighties, Internet pioneer and international speaker, Peter was a founding member of MAGIC (Macintosh Awareness Group in Canada) BBS (Bulleting Board System) where he had the very first advertising related web page (The 4000th web page!) in 1992 with Magic Media's "Adrap".
Peter has held senior managerial posts in the advertising and multimedia industries (BBDO, FCB/Ronalds-Reynolds, Mackerel Interactive, USWeb/CKS and marchFIRST) as well as Senior Executive positions on the client side as President and CEO, Member of the Board of Directors of Peteren Electronics /AVI a publicly traded Canadian company in the electronics field.
He is currently on the faculty of the Canadian Marketing Association, he is also a strategic advisor for the Association on maters of e-marketing and internet strategies. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of The Direct Marketing Association of Toronto and has lectured for Georgian College and the Schulich School of Business York University.
Peter specializes in user experience, branding, effective communications and consults with government organizations, not-for-profits and numerous Fortune 500 companies on areas of Internet strategy and e-marketing.
He is very active in social marketing/media and is an active Blogger (has had Blogging sites since 1996). He is also the holder of the rights for The Cluetrain that he uses for his training and lectures.
Mike Chornopesky

Mike Chornopesky has been planning and buying media for 22 years at Canadian ad agencies such as JWT and Grey Canada. At Promanad Communications he pioneered the concept of integrated media planning which incorporates traditional media, direct mail, database marketing and digital advertising into the same planning process.
Mike has been responsible for the media planning of some of this country's most important advertisers, including Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, Pepsi-Cola, General Electric, Toshiba, Canon and Ontario Tourism.
