CHRIS ANDERSON JOINS INTERACTIVE SHOP ARMANTUS

of new business development. Most recently Anderson was manager of business
development for marchFIRST in their Canadian go-to-market initiative. Chris
has a breadth of experience in advertising, interactive media projects, and

firms.

ARMANTUS DELIVERS GOLD FOR GROCERY GATEWAY
TORONTO, December 7, 2000 Armantus Inc. was awarded the top prize for
their web design work for Grocery Gateway at Marketing Magazine's first ever
Digital Marketing Awards. Armantus won the Gold in the category of B2C
transactional site.
Armantus won the Grocery Gateway interactive agency review earlier this year
and in addition to site design work, provides online advertising support for
them. "Grocery Gateway has been a wonderful client to work with, and this
award is a nice way to finish off the year for us" comments Andrew Keyes,

INTERACTIVE SHOP ARMANTUS SCORES A DOUBLE
TORONTO, April 16, 1999 - The last couple of weeks have been particularly rewarding for Armantus Inc.. The Toronto interactive agency won the bronze medal at the annual Marketing Awards in the Web Banner/Lug Single category. No gold or silver was awarded, making the bronze medal the top prize presented in this class. And just a week later, ChannelSeven.com, a Web weekly covering interactive advertising developments, chose to feature Armantus as one of the top 100 agencies worldwide.

MACKENZIE FINANCIAL CONTRACTS WITH ARMANTUS INC.
TORONTO - January 18, 1999 - Mackenzie Financial Corporation announced that it has secured the services of interactive agency Armantus Inc., to lead the interface design and production of their new online service AccessNet.
AccessNet will allow authorized independent financial advisors to search for and view client account information over the internet. "Mackenzie is committed to giving our independent financial advisors and their clients the best service possible. In addition to providing a high degree of security and functionality, we also recognize the importance of providing an intuitive user interface," stated Stephen Pozgaj, Senior VP, CIO Mackenzie Information Services. Pozgaj went on to state, "Armantus was able to demonstrate not only a solid understanding of the technical interface issues, but also an excellent knowledge of the unique requirements of the financial services sector."
AccessNet is currently undergoing final testing and is scheduled to be launched during this RSP season. "AccessNet will employ a number of new dynamic web features - features which have only recently become practical. We worked very closely with the Mackenzie technical team to ensure that both the needs of the user and the technical parameters were fully considered," states Andrew Keyes of Armantus.

INTERACTIVE SHOP ARMANTUS HIRES MEDIA DIRECTOR
TORONTO - September 30, 1998 - New media development firm Armantus Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Chornopesky as the company's first Director of Online Media.
Under the agreement reached this week, Armantus will partner with Mike Chornopesky to manage online media planning and placement for its clients. Online media services will include web audits, media planning and buying, ad trafficking and performance tracking.
"Online advertising has always been a key part of our business," says Andrew Keyes, Director of Digital Marketing. "In addition to our strong creative and production capabilities, we're now able to deliver the same level of expertise and service in media placement. An integrated approach to online advertising is becoming essential as Internet marketing matures."
Mr. Chornopesky is a 22-year veteran of the Canadian advertising industry, having held senior positions in several major agencies, and continues to operate his own media consulting practice.

THERE'S A NEW NAME IN NEW MEDIA
Toronto - May 12, 1998 - CoreMedia Group Inc. announced today that it has changed its name to Armantus Inc. "We selected a distinctive name that better reflects our personality as a company, and a name that will grow with us,” said Andrew Keyes, partner and Director of Marketing for Armantus.
The name and identity will be officially unveiled at this week's newMedia'98 trade show at the Metro Convention Centre in Toronto. Armantus has also launched its new web site at www.armantus.com.
